NEW FOR 2026

Module Overview

Delivering exceptional IBD care isn’t just about clinical expertise. It’s also about shaping the systems that enable great care to happen. Yet influencing change within established structures can feel daunting. This module helps you build the skills and confidence to lead transformation from within.

Across a practical face-to-face weekend and follow-up coaching, you’ll explore what an outstanding IBD service looks like, develop persuasive communication techniques, and learn how to craft and deliver a compelling case for change. You’ll leave feeling equipped to influence key stakeholders, advocate effectively for your patients and profession, and drive meaningful improvements in your service, not through hierarchy, but through credibility, confidence, and connection.

  • Recognise different perspectives and motivations and adapt your approach to build alignment and shared purpose across teams
