Rising Star Award
The Rising Star Award recognises inspiring, newly qualified and less experienced IBD nurses who are already making a meaningful impact in IBD patient care.
Rising Stars embody core values bringing passion, enthusiasm, and inspiration to their teams, while maintaining a strong patient focus at the heart of everything they do.
All entries should highlight those early in their IBD nursing career or those less experienced (in the first three years of their career), who are passionate about their role and who shine by:
- Focusing on the patient and endeavouring to improve patient care
- Demonstrating a passion and enthusiasm for their role
- Inspiring others to shine and demonstrating great dedication in supporting other colleagues
- Exhibiting teamwork excellence
The Rising Star Award recipients will be featured in a special advertorial newsletter reporting on highlights from the IBD STARS event, and feature on the Tillotts LOGIC website.
